Wall Cladding
Wall cladding allows stone to be used in a more architectural way, bringing material, texture and depth onto vertical surfaces. It can be used to create a quiet backdrop or a stronger feature, depending on the stone and the setting.
Because the stone is seen differently on a wall than on a horizontal surface, layout and scale become especially important. The size of each piece, the direction of the material and the way it meets corners, shelves or surrounding finishes all affect the final result.
When planned carefully, stone wall cladding can add character and structure to a room without needing unnecessary decoration around it.
