Bath Granite & Marble Opens Stunning Lyndhurst Showroom in the Heart of the New Forest

After more than 25 years working with stone, we’ve learned that the most meaningful spaces are created with care and intention. That understanding has guided every step of our journey- from our beginnings in Somerset to the opening of our Lyndhurst showroom, set in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire.

Bath Granite & Marble remains rooted in Frome, where our original showroom and fabrication facility continue to shape every granite, quartz and marble surfaces we produce. Opening in Lyndhurst isn’t a change in direction, but a considered expansion- a way of bringing our work and experience closer to the Hampshire and New Forest community we’ve been working with for many years.

Frome: Where the Craft Lives

Our Frome facility in Somerset is where each project begins. This is where stone is selected, cut, polished and finished combining modern CNC technology with traditional craftsmanship. It’s also home to our Frome showroom, which has long welcomed homeowners, kitchen and bathroom companies, designers and trade professionals from across the South West.

The Lyndhurst showroom extends this experience by offering another place to view materials, explore finishes and have thoughtful conversations around how stone can be used in kitchens, bathrooms and wider interior and exterior spaces.

Why Lyndhurst

Lyndhurst felt like a natural fit. Positioned at the heart of the New Forest, it’s a location shaped by character, longevity and a respect for materials- values that mirror our own approach to marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, slate, limestone, dekton, silestone and more.

The showroom allows visitors to experience stone in a calm, light-filled setting and to consider how different surfaces sit within real spaces. It’s equally suited to homeowners planning a project, as it is to designers, architects and developers working through ideas with clients.

A Space to Explore and Connect

Inside the showroom, displays have been designed to reflect how stone lives within everyday environments- from kitchen islands to bathroom vanities, bar, boot room designs as well as media wall and bespoke details. Each piece represents the same process we follow in Frome: careful fabrication, precise finishing and an attention to detail built up over decades.

We’ve always believed that good design comes from collaboration. The Lyndhurst showroom offers a place for those conversations to happen-whether that’s between homeowners and makers or professionals working together on future projects across Hampshire and the New Forest.

A Warm Welcome in the New Forest

We were honoured to be welcomed into the community by Chris Willsher, Chair of Lyndhurst Parish Council, at our opening. The day reflected what we value most- thoughtful craftsmanship, shared enthusiasm and a genuine connection to place.

Since opening, the showroom has already become a space where ideas are exchanged as easily as they are explored, set against the quiet backdrop of the New Forest.

Looking Ahead

While we now have a presence in Lyndhurst, the heart of Bath Granite & Marble remains the same. Our stone continues to be fabricated in Frome, our approach remains grounded in experience and our focus stays firmly on creating surfaces designed to last.

The Lyndhurst showroom is simply another chapter- one that allows us to work more closely with homeowners and professionals across Hampshire and the New Forest.
